PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The D-RX 250 Combined Sensor Probe from the DURAG Group is a single-rod measurement probe for the simultaneous measurement of dust concentration, volume flow, temperature and absolute pressure. The combined sample probe is used for continuous monitoring of dust concentrations in flue gas ducts and dust extraction pipes.

In addition to the measurement of dust concentration also measured is the volume flow, temperature and the absolute pressure in the flue. These measurements enable the figures to be converted to normal conditions.

The probe of the D-RX 250 Combined Sensor Probe consists of a probe profile according to VDI 2066-1, mounted in the stack path using a flange that is connected to the stack. The probe is built in isolation due to the tribo-electric measurement and contains two chambers for the measurement of differential and absolute pressure. In the third chamber, the gas temperature is measured.

The raw data is processed locally at the measuring point and transferred via a bus interface (Modbus, CAN-Bus or similar) up to 1000 m to an operating and evaluation unit with display or to a process control system.
