Visy Pulp and Paper

LSA designed a system for Visy Pulp and Paper that comprised of two stack (CEM) Dilution extractive systems for monitoring SO2, H2S, HCl, CO, high and low level NOx. All these analysers were of the ThermoFisher ‘i’ series.

Flow and OPACITY was also measured using the Durag product range, with the VOCs measured by the ThermoScientific FID Analyser and O₂ measured with the M&C Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyser.

The systems were integrated by LSA into two walk in shelters prior to delivery to site for final installation and site acceptance testing. Each station is integrated with an Envitech EnviDAS data acquisition system all reporting back to a central EnvistaARM collection and reporting software package.

Training was provided to Visy personnel for use of the gas analysers and EnvistaARM collection and reporting software package.
