Sino Iron (Austrian Energy and Environment)

This project is for the monitoring of the 13 stacks. The ThermoFisher multi gas analyser 60i NDIR was utilised as five gases were required to be monitored simultaneously. The gases monitored are NO/NO/NOx, SO₂, CO, CO₂ and O₂.

LSA provided Sino Iron with with seven Air Quality Monitoring Stations utilising the direct extractive method. Six of the stations are going to be used to monitor two stacks each and the seventh will be monitoring a single stack. This installation also comprised of 13 x Durag gas flow monitors.

Each station is integrated with a Envitech EnviDAS data acquisition system all reporting back to a central EnvistaARM collection and reporting software package.
